GSC Rules and Code of Conduct

Registration to our website is free. However, by signing up for Global School Connect you must agree to the following rules:

If you are under 18 years of age you must have your teacher’s and/or your parent’s permission to register and participate on our website.
Global School Connect gathers some general personal information in order to confirm identity and communicate with its members. Your last name and email addresses given during registration will not be made publicly viewable. (This information is only viewable to Global School Connect administrators and moderators.) Personal information will never be made public.
Members are only allowed to upload photos, videos, and other content that you have permission to use.
You are not allowed to post any personal contact information such as email, phone number, or address anywhere on our website except in a private message.
Global School Connect is a sharing community that is for all age ranges. You must agree that you will keep all posts, photos, videos, attachments, and conversations appropriate for all ages (from preschool up). Bad words in any language will not be tolerated on the site. All topics of discussion must be appropriate for all age ranges to read.
Global School Connect staff, along with parents and teachers, will monitor the website, however it is everyone’s responsibility to notify us of any inappropriate or disrespectful content or behavior.
The owners of Global School Connect reserve the right to delete, edit, or move content and ban users for inappropriate posts, links, and/or behavior. We also reserve the right to close any discussion thread for any reason.
Global School Connect is a blog/forum based site that enables classrooms, students, teachers, parents, and families to safely connect and interact around the world. The site has audio, video, and photo posting; chat; and private messaging capabilities. By registering for and using Global School Connect, you agree that GSC and its founders/creators are not legally responsible for content or links posted by its members. Again please keep all content and behavior respectful and family-friendly.
